Website Designer/Developer (3D)

Website Designer/Developer (3D) Role Build stunning, fast, and interactive 3D websites and landing pages. You’ll design and ship in Framer and Spline, and (when needed) implement with React/Next.js to production quality. What you'll do Design and build 3D/interactive web pages, microsites, and hero sections. Create scenes in Spline and integrate them into Framer (or React/Next.js). Own motion/interaction design (scroll, hover, micro-interactions, timelines). Optimize for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO basics. Convert Figma > Framer with clean structure, components, and variants. Implement animations (e.g., GSAP, native Web Animations, Lottie/Rive when needed). Collaborate with brand, product, and engineering; run quick QA across devices/browsers. Maintain a small component library and documentation for reuse. Must - Have Strong portfolio of shipped 3D/interactive websites (share links). Expert with Framer (components, variables, interactions) and Spline. Solid HTML/CSS/JS; comfortable with React/Next.js or Framer’s Dev features. Experience with WebGL/Three.js or React Three Fiber (integration-level is fine). Motion design skills (timing/easing), and performance tuning (Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals). Proficiency with Figma; version control with Git. Clear communication and ability to own end-to-end delivery. Nice to have TypeScript, GSAP advanced timelines, shaders/basics, Blender exports. Webflow (for quick marketing builds), Rive/Lottie. Headless CMS (Sanity/Contentful), simple Node/Express hooks, analytics tags. Tools you'll use Framer, Spline, Figma, React/Next.js, GSAP, Git, (optional) Three.js/R3F, Webflow, Rive/Lottie, Blender.
