Description We are seeking amotivated and experienced HR Managerto support our rapidly expanding global luxury brand. This is afull-time Hybrid role (Chandigarh-based)responsible for managingend-to-end HR operations , including: Talent acquisition and recruitment Onboarding and training workflows Employee engagement initiatives HR policy implementation Compliance and documentation Employee relations and conflict resolution You will also: Driveperformance management programs Foster astrong company culture across global teams Providestrategic HR guidance to leadership Key Responsibilities Manageend-to-end recruitmentacross tech, marketing, ops & support Build and implementHR processes, SOPs, and documentation Overseeremote onboarding and training systems MonitorKPIs, performance, and productivity Managecontracts, HR records, and compliance globally Supportteam communication across regions Compliance & Operations (Critical) Research and implementdriver recruitment compliance Ensure compliance foronboarding operators and chauffeurs Understand and managelocal regulations (UK, Europe, UAE, USA) Maintain documentation forlicensing, eligibility, onboarding Qualifications Experience inrecruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition Strong knowledge ofHR policy, compliance, and employee relations Experience inperformance management & employee engagement Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to workindependently in a remote environment Experience advisingleadership on HR strategy Proficiency inHR tools/software Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Certifications likeSHRM / CIPDare a plus ⭐ Bonus (Preferred) Experience hiringtech teams (developers, QA, AI, etc.) Experience inmobility, transport, or luxury service industry Exposure tomulti-country compliance frameworks ⚠️ Important We are building apremium global brand , so we need someone who is: Proactive and execution-focused Detail-oriented and structured Comfortable working across multiple regions Low-effort or purely administrative HR profiles will not be consideredWhat We Offer Remote flexibility Long-term growth opportunity Exposure to global markets Opportunity to build HR for an international brand Apply Now Please share: Your CV Experience managing remote/global teams Compliance experience (if any) Availability & expected salary
