Consultant Cardiologist

Our values in action Care and Compassion Quality and Teamwork Dignity and Respect Openness, Honesty and Responsibility The Roles You will join our existing team (including Specialist Nurses and Physiological Measurement Technicians) to provide cardiac care for the population of the Borders. You will share responsibility for the care of cardiology in-patients within the Medical Unit, as well as outpatient services. A 12-bedded general medicine ward functions as a high dependency / coronary care unit, with monitored and telemetry beds. Candidates must hold MRCP or equivalent and must also be registered with the General Medical Council with a licence to practice and on the Specialist Register for Cardiology/Cardiovascular Medicine or be within 6 months of expected date of obtaining CCT or equivalent.
