Job Description – In-House Doctor / DermatologistDepartment: Dermatology & CosmetologyLocations: Sector 35, ChandigarhReporting To: Cluster Head / Regional HeadEngagement: Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)Role OverviewThe In-House Doctor will provide safe and effective medical aesthetic treatments, support client consultations, and work closely with Beauty & Wellness teams to deliver holistic results. The role demands a strong foundation in medicine, hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures, and compliance with clinical SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence- Perform medical and aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, chemical peels). - Conduct detailed consultations and design individualized treatment plans. - Ensure clinical safety, hygiene, and compliance with all SOPs. - Monitor client outcomes, maintain records, and provide post-procedure follow-up.Customer Engagement- Build trust through effective communication and counseling. - Participate in clinic events, awareness sessions, and workshops. - Support cross-selling and upselling of relevant dermatology & wellness services.Team Collaboration- Work closely with Beauty, Slimming, and Wellness teams for integrated client care. - Guide, train, and mentor therapists and support staff in medical protocols. - Collaborate with regional/cluster heads for clinic performance.Qualifications & Experience- MBBS: 1–3 years of clinical experience (licensed to administer injectables). - MD (Dermatology/Medicine): 0–2 years of experience. - Certification/fellowship in cosmetology or aesthetics is an advantage. - Licensed to practice medicine and aesthetic procedures in India.Skills & Attributes- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in medical aesthetics. - Excellent communication and patient counseling ability. - Ethical, detail-oriented, and safety-driven. - Sales acumen to support clinic growth.Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - Ongoing training in advanced aesthetic & dermatology procedures.
