About the Role As theHead of Engineering , you’ll lead and grow Talink’s engineering capability across multiple technologies and client environments. You’ll drive engineering excellence, mentor senior technical leaders, and set the vision for scalable, secure, and high-performing software delivery. This is astrategic, hands-on leadership role— balancing technology direction, people development, and delivery outcomes. What You’ll Do Define and evolve Talink’sengineering vision, frameworks, and standardsacross diverse technology stacks. Lead, coach, and developTechnical Leads and senior engineers , building a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Oversee thetechnical quality and governanceof project delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Partner withDelivery, Product, Platform, and QAleaders to ensure smooth, cross-functional collaboration. Act as thesenior technical escalation pointfor critical challenges and architectural decisions. Shapeengineering workforce planning and recruitment , ensuring the right mix of capabilities for future growth. Identify and adoptemerging technologies and toolsthat enhance delivery excellence and innovation. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experiencein software engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership roles. Proven ability tobuild and scale high-performing engineering organizations . Deep understanding ofmodern software development practices , cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD. Strong grasp ofAgile and Lean methodologiesand delivery in multi-client or consultancy environments. Inspirational leadership style — acoach, mentor, and culture-builder . Excellent communication skills and the ability toinfluence across geographies and functions . Experience of working withdistributed global teams is preferredWhy Join Talink?
