Job Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a Telephony Engineer or in a similar role.Strong hands-on experience with Vonage telephony systems (Vonage Business, Vonage Communications APIs, or Contact Center solutions).Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, C# or Python.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, webhooks and asynchronous processing.Solid understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, RTP, PBX, and call routing concepts.API Development and Maintenance Experience using Java or Python for VoIP System (Vonage) Experience with cloud-based telephony and unified communication platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
