Role Overview We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data tools, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage MIS reports and dashboards for the business development team. Analyze data and trends to support strategic initiatives and drive business performance. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel and Tableau (preferred). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and data-driven decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role. Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, automation). Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
