ABOUT XENONSTACKXenonStack is a Data and AI Foundry for Agentic Systems, enabling enterprises to design, deploy, operate, and scale intelligent agents across digital and physical environments.We build enterprise-grade platforms across the full agentic stack:ElixirData – Context OS for Agentic IntelligenceA unified context layer powering memory, reasoning, grounding, and decision intelligence for AI agents across complex enterprise workflows.NexaStack AI – Agentic Operating Platform for Physical AIA cloud-native platform for deploying, orchestrating, observing, and scaling physical AI and agentic workloads with reliability and automation.XenonStack AI – Agentic AI Platform for Physical IntelligenceAn enterprise platform for building, governing, and operating AI agents that automate real-world business processes and physical systems at scale.Our mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to AI + Human Intelligence by making agentic systems reliable, responsible, secure, and enterprise-ready.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and scale a predictable enterprise pipeline engine for our Agentic AI platforms.This role owns multi-channel campaign strategy, digital execution, performance optimization, and pipeline contribution across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive measurable revenue impact.ROLE MISSIONBuild and optimize a scalable demand engine that consistently generates qualified enterprise pipeline aligned with ARR growth targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️⃣ Demand Strategy & Pipeline OwnershipOwn quarterly pipeline contribution targets aligned with revenue goals.Define ICPs and segment enterprise audiences (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Security Leaders, etc.).Build full-funnel programs: Awareness → MQL → SQL → Pipeline.Align demand initiatives across:ElixirDataNexaStack AIXenonStack AI2️⃣ Multi-Channel Campaign ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:LinkedIn (paid & organic)Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)Email marketing & automationWebinars & roundtablesField eventsAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Ensure messaging consistency and channel synergy.3️⃣ Performance Marketing & OptimizationTrack KPIs including:CTRCPLMQLs & SQLsPipeline contributionRevenue attributionROIConduct structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and nurture flows.Improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.Build and maintain performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4).4️⃣ Enterprise ABM & Sales AlignmentPartner with Sales on account mapping and target lists.Support SDR outbound efforts with campaign-driven air cover.Build repeatable ABM plays for strategic accounts.Enable sales with messaging, assets, and campaign insights.5️⃣ Content-Led Demand GenerationCollaborate with Product Marketing to develop:Whitepapers & research reportsCase studiesLanding pagesEmail nurture sequencesIndustry-specific campaignsTranslate complex AI platforms into compelling enterprise messaging.6️⃣ Marketing Automation & Lead NurturingDesign lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.Build automated nurture journeys.Improve MQL → SQL conversion.Ensure clean CRM data hygiene.7️⃣ Market & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor competitor campaigns and GTM trends.Identify emerging channels for enterprise demand.Support ecosystem and partner-driven campaigns.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust-Have3–6 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline.Hands-on experience with:LinkedIn Campaign ManagerGoogle AdsHubSpot / SalesforceSEO tools (SEMrush / Ahrefs)Strong analytical mindset with comfort in campaign data.Experience managing full-funnel campaigns in SaaS.Good-to-HaveExperience in AI, cloud, or enterprise technology marketing.Exposure to ABM strategies.Understanding of long enterprise sales cycles.Experience running webinars or industry events.Partner marketing experience (AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.).WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEPredictable quarterly pipeline contribution.Improved MQL → SQL conversion rates.Lower acquisition costs.Clear revenue attribution to marketing programs.Strong marketing-sales alignment.WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?
