Company DescriptionBulk Basket India is a rapidly growing B2B HoReCa food solutions company, supplying groceries, FMCG, imported food products, and kitchen essentials to hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés, and institutional kitchens.We are building a strong on-ground workforce supported by technology-driven operations and are seeking an experienced HR professional who can help scale the organization while strengthening systems, culture, and compliance.Role DescriptionThe HR professional will be responsible for end-to-end human resource management, with a strong focus on recruitment, people operations, compliance, and organizational development.1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for: - Sales Managers & Sales Executives - Operations & Warehouse Staff (Pickers, Packers, Drivers) - Finance, Administration & Support Functions - Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed), recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage salary negotiations - Issue offer letters and manage joining formalities - Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and talent pipelines2. HR Operations & Administration- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities - Coordinate attendance, leave, shift planning, and manpower deployment - Draft and implement appointment letters, HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks - Maintain accurate employee records and statutory documentation3. Payroll & Compliance Support- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance teams - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including: - PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws - Contractor and vendor workforce compliance - Support audits and maintain HR-related compliance documentation4. Culture, Performance & Employee Engagement- Build and promote a disciplined, performance-driven work culture - Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution - Develop retention strategies and engagement initiatives - Support leadership with manpower planning and organizational growth strategiesQualifications & Skills- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes - Proven experience in Employee Engagement, Retention Strategies, and Performance Management - Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and HR Policy Development - Ability to support change management, training initiatives, and cultural development - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills - Proficiency with HRMS platforms and HR analytics tools - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within food, retail, logistics, FMCG, or HoReCa sectors, is an added advantage
