CTC - 6,00,000+ per annum (negotiable) We’re looking for anOrder & Operations Coordinatorto ensure that every creation moves seamlessly from concept to completion.With over 100 open orders at any time, we need someone who thrives on structure, organization, and the quiet satisfaction of keeping everything perfectly aligned.✨Your Role Oversee and track all active jewellery orders — from design confirmation to final dispatch. Coordinate with ourDesign, Production, Sales, and QCteams to ensure on-time delivery. Follow up with karigars, vendors, and workshops to maintain workflow. Maintain accurate digital records and detailed order timelines. Identify bottlenecks early and find smart, timely solutions. Prepare order reports for internal review and management.You Bring 2–5 years of experience injewellery operations, order management, or production coordination. Strong understanding of the jewellery-making process — CAD, casting, setting, polishing, QC, and finishing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and project tracking tools.
