Role Overview: We are looking for Engineering Graduates from premier institutes (IIT/NIT/BITS) who have completed or are completing their MBA/PGDM from IIMs (2024/2025 passouts) to join us as Management Trainees . This role is ideal for individuals looking to fast-track their careers in leadership positions by gaining cross-functional exposure in a structured yet dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business leaders on strategic initiatives, operational improvement, and project execution Analyze market trends, operational data, and business performance to identify gaps and opportunities Assist in the design and implementation of business process improvements across departments Contribute to supply chain optimization, cost control initiatives , and quality management programs Lead or co-lead short-term projects in areas such as operations, strategy, finance, or business development Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align goals with execution Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review Desired Candidate Profile: B.E./B.Tech (any discipline) from a reputed engineering institute AND MBA/PGDM (2024/2025 batch) from a Tier 1 IIM (A/B/C/L/I/K) or other top IIMs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving business environment Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Chandigarh or project-based locations if required What We Offer: Fast-track career development with exposure to CXO-level projects Cross-functional learning across strategy, operations, and execution High-impact roles with leadership mentoring and structured training Competitive compensation with performance-based growth path A collaborative, meritocratic, and entrepreneurial work culture
