Finance Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Alliance World Manufacturing Limited located in Chandigarh, India. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, conducting analysis to guide decision-making, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Manager Finance is responsible for assisting in managing a company's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, developing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with audits. The role often involves supporting senior finance management by providing financial advice, monitoring performance, and managing daily accounting activities to improve profitability and growth.  Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow), analyze financial data to provide insights, and present findings to senior management.  Accounting & Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting processes, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.  Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.  Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations, prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits, and manage tax-related matters.  Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for the organization.  Team Support & Development: Contribute to the smooth operation of the finance team, assist in training and developing team members, and potentially participate in recruitment.  Key Skills & Qualifications CA with minimum of 10-15 years of experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing setup SAP is a must skill Location is Chandigarh
