Deputy Manager

Position Title : Assistant / Deputy Manager – AID (Architects & Interior Designers) Location : Chandigarh / Ludhiana Reporting To : State Head Objective To strengthen the company’s connect with architects and interior designers in the Chandigarh region by promoting product specifications, driving approvals, and building a solid pipeline of project opportunities through strong relationships and an active AID database. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong database of architects and interior designers to track projects and drive product specifications. Promote brand awareness and product knowledge among AIDs through regular interactions, presentations, and engagement activities. Secure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects through effective relationship-building. Collaborate with project sales teams to convert specifications into business. Stay informed about market trends, design preferences, and upcoming developments in the AID space. Key Competencies Proven experience in AID engagement and project-based selling (tiles/building materials preferred). Strong network and databank of AIDs in Chandigarh and nearby regions. Effective in sales funnelling , project tracking, and relationship management. Excellent presentation and communication skills ; design sensitivity is an added advantage. Qualification & Experience Graduate (background in architecture, interior design, or marketing is a plus). 4-5 years of relevant experience in the tiles or building materials industry with a focus on architect/designer relationships.
