Designation: Photographer About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to capture compelling visuals that bring the campaign’s stories and messages to life. The role involves documenting campaign activities, events, and key moments across Punjab through high-quality photography that connects emotionally with people on the ground. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and lighting, along with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, on-ground environments. Years of Experience Required: 2–3 years Type: Work from Office (Mohali/Chandigarh) Language & Cultural Requirement: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi culture, local aesthetics, and regional nuances to ensure visuals resonate authentically with the audience. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Documentation Capture high-quality, impactful photographs for campaign communication, social media, and outreach materials. Conduct on-location and studio shoots, adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse subjects. Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into visual narratives. Asset Management & Editing Edit and process images to maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality. Maintain an organized digital archive of photographs for easy access and reuse across campaign touchpoints. Creative Collaboration Work in tandem with videographers, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive storytelling. Provide creative inputs during concept development, shoot planning, and execution. Operational Excellence Manage and maintain all photography equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in photography to keep campaign visuals fresh and innovative. Core Competencies: Strong technical understanding of cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop). Keen eye for composition, detail, and storytelling through imagery. Ability to capture candid, authentic moments that reflect emotion and context. Efficient time management and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. Note: This is a contractual position (12 months).
