The role involves overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, developing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and providing strategic financial guidance. The Head of Finance will collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective decision-making through in-depth analysis.
