ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Loan Sourcing Source Micro Home Loans and LAPs up to ₹10 lakhs Promote products like Subhash Saral and Suniwash Build local network, generate leads through fieldwork, community outreach, and referralsProduct Promotion & Customer Interaction Educate affordable housing segment customers on loan options and eligibility Conduct initial financial assessments to recommend suitable loans Documentation & Processing Collect and verify documents; ensure compliance with internal and legal standards Legal & Technical Coordination Coordinate with legal teams for property checks and with valuers for technical reports Disbursement Coordination Liaise with Asset Centre to ensure timely disbursal Troubleshoot legal, technical, and documentation issuesQualificationsEducation: Minimum Graduation Experience: Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and local travel readiness are eligibleRequired SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of home loans and LAP products Knowledge of local geography and borrower segments Proficiency in local languages (preferred) Ability to ride a two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits)
