Team Coordinator (Western / Asian)

REQUIREMENT- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognised Institute - Having a minimum of 2 plus years of experience - Strong interpersonal skills - Well-versed in health and hygiene standards - Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes prepared in their section, and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and ensure strict adherence to the HACCP standards - Minimize wastage and ensure the efficient utilization of equipment at all times. - Maintain optimal par stock levels by accurately managing inventory, placing orders, and retrieving supplies as needed. - Ensure, implement and enforce safety procedures, on safe kitchen practices. - Control food costs by developing and utilizing SOPs while maintaining high-quality standards.
