That means real briefs, real feedback, and real output. Not spec work. Not busy work.Some days it's concepting. Some days it's production. Most days it's both.You're a fit if- You think in brands, not just visuals - You have taste and can articulate why something works - You're fast without being careless - You know your way around the standard design toolkit - Motion design is a bonus.
