Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Manager (Domestic + Export)Company: Trimurti Engimetal & Steel Works Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL)Location: Chakan & Narhe, Pune | Travel: Domestic + InternationalAbout UsTEPL is an Associate partner & Distributor of JSW Make PRIME/OEM steel products—Galvalume & Galvanized colour-coated sheets, decking sheets, PEB components and roofing solutions—with 20+ years in India’s steel & construction ecosystem.⸻Position OverviewWe seek a growth-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to lead domestic and export business, own key accounts, build channels and drive revenue across roofing, cladding, PEB and OEM segments. The role spans strategy, execution, team leadership and compliance for international as well as domestic trade.Key Responsibilities• Revenue & GTM: Own AOP/targets; craft territory & export market plans; pricing, tenders and contribution margin tracking.• Key Accounts & Channels: Acquire and grow EPCs, OEMs, fabricators, PEB players; develop dealer/distributor networks.• Domestic + Export Ops: Quote-to-cash ownership; trade terms; negotiation; delivery SLA adherence with production/dispatch/logistics.• Export Compliance: INCOTERMS, LC/DA/DP, marine insurance, HS codes, DGFT (RoDTEP/SEIS, etc.), documentation (COO, BL, PL/INVOICE, packing, test certificates).• Product Marketing: Drive segment campaigns, spec selling and JSW Radiance/PPGI/PPGL positioning; competitor & price intelligence.• Team Leadership: Mentor a small sales team; pipeline hygiene (CRM), forecasting accuracy, and performance reviews.• Quality & OEM Focus: Promote PRIME material only; align with JSW OEM standards and TEPL’s ISO 9001:2015 QMS.Qualifications• Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Production) mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/IB preferred.• Experience: 6–10 years in steel/roofing/PEB/colour-coated products; proven export sales experience required.• Skills: Strategic selling, key-account management, channel development, pricing, contract negotiation, CRM proficiency; strong grasp of INCOTERMS, LC, export documentation, and basic EXIM/DGFT norms.• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (mandatory).
