Our culture is built on freedom, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning — empowering our teams to innovate and grow across roles, functions, and geographies.Role Definition :The Industrial Relations (IR) Officer will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, managing contract labour, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations across manufacturing plants. The role involves handling labour law compliance, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and coordination with internal teams and statutory authorities. It requires strong knowledge of labour laws, workforce management, and effective communication skills to ensure smooth plant operations.Experience 0–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations / Labour Compliance / Workforce Management.Experience in manufacturing setup and contract labour management preferred.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Labour Welfare, Social Sciences, or related fieldPG Diploma in Industrial Relations / Labour Law preferredKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulationsManage contract labour, contractor compliance, and workforce deploymentHandle grievance redressal and maintain positive employee relationsExecute disciplinary processes including inquiries and documentationLiaise with statutory authorities and support legal proceedings if requiredMaintain statutory records, registers, and audit documentationCollaborate with plant and HR teams for manpower planning and IR activitiesMonitor workplace discipline and promote a harmonious work environmentPrepare and submit compliance reports, MIS, and audit dataInterested candidates can share their updated resume at with the subject line 'Industrial Relations (IR) Officer'.
