The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the property. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, conducting quality checks, training team members, scheduling, ensuring the timely replenishment of supplies, and addressing guest requests related to housekeeping. The role requires maintaining high standards of service and supporting an efficient and welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or similar roles, with strong organizational and leadership abilitiesAttention to detail and knowledge of cleaning practices, hygiene standards, and equipmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to manage staff and address guest concernsAbility to create schedules, oversee supply inventory, and ensure staff efficiencyCommitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfactionFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsProficiency in using basic housekeeping software is an advantageDiploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
