Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Candolim. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception area activities, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and providing information about the property and services. Other duties include maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical SkillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of Phone Etiquette and professional interaction techniquesAbility to handle guest relations with patience and a guest-focused approachFamiliarity with basic administrative tasks and computer systemsPrior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
