Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day highway maintenance work. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams. Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion. Monitor progress, resources, and project costs. Handle reporting, documentation, and approvals. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in highway projects, preferably in maintenance and toll-related works. Strong understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and site management. Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery. Good communication and reporting skills.
