Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality classroom teaching forIIT-JEE (Main & Advanced)level. Prepare comprehensive and result-oriented study materials, assignments, and lecture notes. Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to students. Mentor, motivate, and guide students to achieve their highest academic potential. Create a positive and effective learning environment that encourages conceptual clarity and problem-solving. Coordinate with fellow faculty members for curriculum planning and academic updates. Prepare students for competitive exams includingNTSE, KVPY, and Olympiads , where required. Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:B.Tech/BE from a premier institute (IIT/NIT preferred). Experience:Minimum3–5 yearsof teaching experience for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) levels. Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes likeFIITJEE, VMC, Resonance, Allen, or Narayanawill be a strong advantage. Strong command over subject fundamentals and advanced problem-solving.
