Counselling Lead

Location: Bokaro VidyapeethJob Profile - Associate Manager (Counselling Lead )Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the Counselling team across inbound, outbound, and offline (walk-in) channels.Oversee counselling operations across all centres and establish effective processes.Supervise and drive the successful completion of tasks assigned to the Central Counselling team across all centres.Align counsellors with their respective KRAs and organizational objectives.Ensure efficient team management and performance of counsellors.Conduct regular meetings to review progress and share updates from the Central Counselling team.Communicate key information and directives from the Central Counselling team to all the counsellors.Resolve counselling-related issues escalated by centres in a timely manner.Maintain close coordination with other Regional Leads, Centre Heads (CHs), Facility Managers (FMs), and Business Heads (BHs) on counselling matters.Key result areas include Business Strategy, Decision-Making, Rapport Building, and Team Management.
