Salesforce Tech LeadRequirement: Salesforce Support Tech leadExp-06 -08YearsShift timigs: 06:30PM-04:30AM Work from OfficeNotice Period – Immediate JoinerLocation – ChennaiInterview Level – 3 Round InternalKey Responsibilities:•Lead and support Salesforce development activities using Apex, LWC, and SOQL.•Diagnose and resolve UI issues leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.•Troubleshoot and optimize Workflows, Triggers, Flows, and Power Automate processes.•Manage data imports, exports, and integrations to maintain system accuracy and efficiency.•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and ensure smooth change management.•Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and release management processes.•Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and technical resolutions.Required Skills:•Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).•Expertise in UI debugging using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.•Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining automation tools (Flows, Power Automate, Workflows, Triggers).•Solid understanding of data handling and system integration.Preferred Skills:•Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.•Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools.•Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Core Competencies:•Structured approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis.•Excellent communication and stakeholder management.•Strong documentation and collaboration skills.•Adherence to change control and release management best practices.
