If you wish to create an impact and helpstudents get the best education by taking our vision ahead, we would love to have you in ourteam!Key Responsibilities:Correspondence & Document Management: Handle emails, data entry, andorganize documents efficiently.Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensuresmooth operations and timely task completion.GMC-related Support: Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups forGMC-related tasks.Invoicing Assistance: Support invoicing preparation and related administrativetasks.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures, such as ESIC and PF creation, maintaining accurate records.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by theteam.Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Hybrid work model – 2 days in-office, rest of the week WFH.Growth opportunities – Gain exposure to various aspects of operations.Work-life balance – Saturday and Sunday off.Competitive salary and benefits
