Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant (BFSI & Tech) Location: Fully Remote Experience: 2–5+ Years Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 PA (Fixed) + Performance IncentivesAbout Us We are an executive search firm specializing in mid-to-senior level hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) and Technology sectors. We partner with high-growth organizations to close critical mandates.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing mandates across technical and non-technical domains.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.Sourcing: Utilize job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to source relevant candidates.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and provide regular status updates.Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidate fitment (technical and cultural).Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth post-offer engagement to minimize drop-outs.Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and trackers in our ATS (Ceipal).RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (Agency experience preferred).Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring for BFSI or Technology roles is a strong plus.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.Tools: Hands-on experience with Job Portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary with a transparent incentive structure.Opportunity to work on high-value, senior-level mandates.Professional work environment with a focus on quality delivery.
