Manager – Talent Management (Manufacturing / Food Processing) Location : Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh (On-site, manufacturing plant) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to build and drive end-to-end talent strategies for a fast-growing manufacturing setup. This role will play a critical part in shaping performance culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement in a greenfield environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive talent management framework Lead performance management , goal setting, and appraisal processes Drive learning & leadership development programs Support talent acquisition in collaboration with HRBPs Develop succession plans, HiPo identification, and career pathways Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with growth goals Support culture building, change management, and D&I initiatives Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 6–10 years of experience in Talent Management / OD Mandatory experience in manufacturing or plant-based environments Exposure to food manufacturing is a strong advantage Proven experience in building HR/talent frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills If interested please share your updated CV to
