You will begin as an Individual Contributor to master our sales processand product, transitioning into a leadership role based on performance. The ideal candidatethrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for coaching, closing, and buildinghigh-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:● Drive BDEs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets● Conduct daily huddles, reviews, and ongoing training● Support in closing strategic or high-value deals● Ensure CRM discipline: calls, follow-ups, notes, and conversions● Track team KPIs: demos, follow-ups, client onboarding & usage● Build strong client relationships to boost retention and upsell● Train team on pitching, objection handling, and positioning● Maintain team discipline, attendance, and motivation● Report performance insights to senior managementRequirements:● 2–5 years in B2B/B2C sales; 1+ year mentoring or leading a team● Strong communication, sales closing, and CRM skills● Proven ability to meet sales targets under pressure● Self-starter with a hands-on approach and leadership mindsetNice to Have:● Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or IT services● Knowledge of sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, etc.)Compensation: Competitive base + incentives + leadership growth opportunitiesCompany Profile:BHASH SOFTWARE LABS is a leading VAS Company based out of Bangalore.
