Location: BengaluruExperience: 8–12 years (strictly)Industry: B2B SaaS / SME / Marketplace / Fintech / CPaaSRole OverviewWe are building a high-velocity SME revenue engine and scaling outsourced telesales / BPO channel partners to drive new customer acquisition, while our internal team focuses on retention and recharges.We're looking for a hands-on operator with 8–12 years of experience who has personally set up and run BPO / telesales partners and is comfortable owning daily execution, quality control, and cost discipline.This role is for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, calls, dashboards, and vendors —not a CXO rolenot a junior coordinator roleWhat You Will OwnBPO / Channel Partner Setup & ScaleIdentify, onboard, and manage outbound telesales BPO partnersRun short pilots (10–20 seats) and scale successful partners to 50–100+ seatsOwn partner onboarding, SLAs, payout models, and performance governanceManage multiple BPO partners simultaneously to avoid dependencyDaily Channel Execution & PerformanceTrack daily metrics: calls, connects, qualified leads, conversionsMonitor partner-wise CAC, productivity, and conversion ratiosEnforce script discipline, ICP adherence, and calling qualityTake fast decisions to improve, pause, or shut down underperforming partnersQuality Control & Process DisciplineSet up call audits, lead validation, and QA processesReview call recordings and give structured feedback to partner supervisorsEnsure CRM hygiene, lead routing, and clean handoffs to internal sales teamsBuild and maintain SOPs for outsourced sales executionPayouts, Incentives & Cost ControlDesign and manage performance-based payout models (qualified lead + conversion)Ensure partners remain profitable while CAC stays within targetsPrevent lead duplication, misuse, or low-quality dumpingTrack ROI at partner, campaign, and agent levelInternal CoordinationWork closely with Sales Head, Retention, and Ops teamsEnsure smooth handoff from BPO → internal teams for closure and rechargesProtect internal team bandwidth by offloading new acquisition workShare accurate forecasts and channel performance insights with leadershipCompliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to DLT, WhatsApp, consent, and calling regulationsMaintain clean documentation and audit readinessEnforce customer experience and brand standards across partnersWho You Are (Strict Fit Criteria)8–12 years total experience in Sales Ops / Channel Ops / Revenue OpsHands-on experience managing outsourced telesales / BPO partnersPersonally managed 50–200 outsourced calling seatsComfortable with:Daily dashboards & performance reviewsVendor pressure & tough conversationsCall audits & quality enforcementCAC & conversion optimisationStrong execution mindset — biased toward action, not decksExperience in IndiaMART / Justdial / NoBroker / PolicyBazaar / EdTech / Fintech / SaaS is a strong plusWhat This Role Is NOTNot a VP / CXO roleNot a reseller or distributor channel roleNot a pure strategy or partnerships roleNot a people-motivation or sales-closing roleThis is a builder–operator role focused on execution, scale, and control.Success Metrics (First 6 Months)BPO CAC consistently lower than in-house CAC2–3 stable, high-performing BPO partners livePredictable daily acquisition numbersClean CRM and lead flowMinimal founder involvement in day-to-day channel operationsWhy This Role MattersOwnership of one of the most critical growth levers in the companyDirect, visible impact on revenue scaleOpportunity to build systems from scratchClear growth path as the company scales
