Job Description: Sales Job Responsibilities: ● Visit existing and potential customers in the assigned territory. ● Demonstrate and explain products/services to farmers. ● Generate leads and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Prepare and present quotations/proposals. Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and pricing. Service Job Responsibilities: ● Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products. ● Provide hands-on technical support at farmer sites. ● Conduct routine checkups and ensure optimal product performance. ● Train customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting. ● Document all service activities and customer interactions. Requirements: 1. Education: Graduates with 0-2 years of experience in the agri-input, automation, or irrigation companies. 2. Diploma in Agriculture or Electrical, Bachelor’s in Agriculture or Electrical. 3. Previous experience with irrigation, IOT & automation would be an added advantage. 4. Proficiency in the local language. 5. Should be flexible with travelling. 6. Should have a valid 2-wheeler license and a 2-wheeler.
