Project In-Charge/ GM Mining

Job Summary:We are looking for a candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.Key Responsibilities:- Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability - Lead cross-functional teams (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, HR, Safety, Stores, Accounts) - Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved - Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements - Oversee HEMM availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deployment - Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs - Coordinate with corporate office and local authoritiesQualifications & Experience:- Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related discipline - First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred - 8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations - 15–25 years of total experience in miningCandidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
