The role involves leading pre and post Silicon Subsystem Prototyping, Validation, and Hardware Design for Cadence High-Speed SERDES Test chips.About the RoleThe role involves leading pre and post Silicon Subsystem Prototyping, Validation, and Hardware Design for Cadence High-Speed SERDES Test chips.Responsibilities- Leading pre and post Silicon Subsystem Prototyping, Validation, and Hardware Design. - Pre Silicon emulation and Verification of System in NCSIM/Palladium/other Simulators. - Hardware and Subsystem Board Design for all projects. - Prototyping and Firmware Development for High-Speed Serdes like PCIe, CXL, UCIe, USB, Ethernet. - Leading the Bring up, Debug, Compliance efforts, and System level Characterization. - Engaging in interop and Customer Debug.Qualifications- 10-15 years of experience with Btech or 10 years with Mtech in Post-Silicon PHY, Systems Interop, and Compliance testing. - 2-3 years of management experience leading a small team. - Experience in High-speed SERDES like PCIe/CXL/UCIe/Ethernet. - Proficiency in using lab equipment for testing and debugging.Required Skills- Experience leading System testing efforts for SERDES solutions. - Familiarity with PCIe/UCIe LTSSM states. - Experience in FPGA Design, IP/SoC Electrical Validation, and Verilog RTL coding. - Proficiency in python, C/C++. - Strong communication skills.Preferred Skills- Experience leading System testing efforts for SERDES solutions. - Familiarity with PCIe/UCIe LTSSM states. - Experience in FPGA Design, IP/SoC Electrical Validation, and Verilog RTL coding. - Proficiency in python, C/C++. - Strong communication skills.Pay range and compensation packageWhat you'll gain:- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge SERDES IP's from Cadence. - Learning curve on SERDES PHY, Controllers, Protocol, and System integration. - Expertise in Hardware and Subsystem design. - Experience in deploying and debugging solutions in different customer environments.
