Engineer/ Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager Mechanical

Job Summary:Responsible for maintenance, reliability and availability of OHP (crushers, conveyors) & HEMM equipment, ensuring safe and uninterrupted mining and dispatch operations.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain OHP systems: crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and bulk material handling equipment. - Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets. - Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines. - Ensure high equipment availability and reduced downtime. - Analyze breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures. - Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and safety SOPs. - Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams. - Supervise mechanical manpower at site. - Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS.Qualification & Experience:- Diploma / Degree / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - 3-10 years in OHP or HEMM maintenance in mining operationKey Skills:- Crushers, conveyors & bulk material handling - HEMM maintenance - Maintenance planning & breakdown analysis - Safety & statutory compliance (DGMS) - SAP PM / MM exposure preferred - Documentation & MIS reporting
