Dear Connections,ACL Digital is hiring for Technical Architect role for Bangalore location.Job Description – Technical Architect (Networking / HAL)Location: BangaloreExperience: 14–18 YearsPosition: Technical ArchitectAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), deep knowledge of networking protocols, and proven capability in team management and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving platform development, defining architecture, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for networking products.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end new platform development for networking products (Routers/Switches). - Architect, design, and review HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) modules. - Work closely with ASIC vendors such as Broadcom (BCM) or Marvell, utilizing SDK APIs for Forwarding Plane operations. - Provide technical direction for Dataplane development across one or more Network Operating Systems (NOS). - Architect and enhance L2/L3/L4 protocol functionalities including: - Ethernet, VLAN - QoS - Multicast, IGMP Snooping - OSPF, BGP - ACL and other control/data plane features - Implement, customize, or port network protocol stacks. - Collaborate with end customers for requirement gathering, design discussions, and technical issue resolution. - Lead and mentor technical teams; ensure effective communication and task execution. - Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. - Contribute to scalable, modular, and maintainable embedded software architecture.Required Skills & Experience- 14–18 years of strong experience in networking product development. - Extensive hands-on experience with HAL design and development for Routers/Switches. - Deep understanding of Dataplane and Forwarding Plane concepts. - Hands-on experience with BCM/Marvell ASICs and associated SDKs. - Strong development background in C programming, Multithreading, and IPC mechanisms. - Expertise in L2/L3/L4 networking protocols. - Experience with Industrial Routers is an added advantage. - Excellent team management, coordination, and customer interfacing skills.If you are interested kindly help me to share the resume to amit.k@Thanks & RegardsAmit Kumar
