Job Description:
1. Job PurposeDesign and implement outreach strategies to maximize visibility and reach to the target audience for UG and PG programs.LOCATIONS - KARNATAKA / ANDRA PRADESH / CHATTISGARH / KERALA / TELANGANA / NORTHEAST2. Key Accountability :Strategic- Design and implement outreach strategies to maximize visibility and reach to the target audience for UG and PG programs.Operational- Responsible for achieving outreach targets (Lead–Application–Admissions) for the assigned region. - Reach out to schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centers in the assigned territory for organizing presentations and workshops. - Engage with school/college authorities and student bodies to fix presentations and establish the MIT-WPU brand. - Make presentations in schools either independently or with faculty support. - Identify opportunities with priority institutions that have previously provided quality students. - Conduct events such as principals’ meets, counsellors’ meets, open houses, academic workshops, and education fairs. - Negotiate participation investments. - Analyze regional/national data analytics to identify trends, best practices, and growth strategies. - Develop and execute new ideas for outreach and engagement with prospective students and parents. - Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly calendars for outreach activities ensuring the right audience is targeted. - Conceive events, outline activities in detail with accountabilities, timelines, and approvals. - Coordinate with faculty members wherever their participation is required. - Manage all travel, logistics, material, and other arrangements for event participation.3.
