Hi ,Urgently hiring for Assistant Manager - HR for the manufacturing industry.Experience: 4+ yrsEducation: MSW/MBALocation: Doddaballapur, BangaloreCTC: 4 - 5 LPAJob Summary:The HR Assistant Manager will lead end-to-end Human Resources and General Administration functions for the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for workforce planning, statutory compliance, employee relations, plant HR operations, and administrative management to ensure smooth factory operations and a compliant, productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals and labor laws. - Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention for plant and corporate roles. - Manage performance appraisal systems, promotions, disciplinary actions, and career development plans. - Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, shift rosters, and leave management. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and skill development. - Handle employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution. - Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and statutory documentation.Industrial Relations & Compliance- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Standing Orders, etc.). - Liaise with labour authorities, inspectors, and external auditors. - Manage union relations (if applicable) and support wage negotiations and settlements. - Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.General Administration- Oversee administrative operations including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility maintenance. - Manage vendor contracts for admin services and ensure service quality and cost control. - Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and statutory safety norms in coordination with EHS teams. - Handle plant infrastructure, utilities coordination, and asset management. - Support management with administrative reports and compliance updates.Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities- Act as HR business partner to plant leadership. - Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement. - Build a positive work culture aligned with company values. - Guide and mentor HR and admin team members.Qualifications & Experience:- MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW or equivalent. - 4+ years of HR and Administration experience, preferably in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and factory operations.Experience handling plant HR, blue-collar workforce and statutory compliance.If anyone interested, please share your profile to recruiter.4@Thanks & regardsAnuradha
