Area Manager - Karnataka

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to drive retail business development in Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with Architects, Interior Designers and Retailers, along with proven expertise in the building materials sector. This role involves managing dealer relationships, developing new business, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic market penetration.What do we expect from our new team member?- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory. - Manage and grow relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and Retailers - Identify and on-board new dealers in untapped markets. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned region. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery. - Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships.What kind of team member are we looking for?- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the building materials industry. - Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers and Retailers in the territory. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel within Gujarat. - Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
