This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clientsWHAT YOU'LL DO:o Prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnershipso Perform reconciliations and prepare workpapers - Liaise with senior accountants/managers to finalise jobso Support juniors and review simple tasks when needed - Use Xero, MYOB, or other Australian accounting softwareWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:o 3-4+ years' Australian public practice accounting experienceo Solid understanding of Australian tax rules and compliance standardso Competence in managing jobs with minimal supervisiono Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
