Job Description:

Key Responsibility Incumbent will be responsible for Land Acquisition along with related approvals & documentation as per: • Identification and evaluation of proposed site, survey of proposed Land & verification/determination of land price. • Scrutiny and verification of all land related documents. Preparation of feasibility reports, preliminary Notes on the property, title reports, and search reports. • Land acquisition of private/revenue land, preparation of papers and co-ordination with various revenue officers for getting necessary permission from Govt. authorities. • Liaison with various Govt. Dept. viz. Revenue, Panchayats, Taluka /sub division / district level bodies/political /local society etc. • Respective project for land acquisition. • Coordination with internal department • MIS Reporting • Resolving of all ROW Issues at Site Educational Qualifications and Work Experience: Graduation/Diploma with 5-8 years of experience in land acquisition Desired Profile: • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Good understanding of land laws and legal documents. • Capability of handling the entire process of land acquisition independently. • Is updated on all latest reforms/regulations related to land acquisition in India. • Frequent travelling at sites/ staying at sites if required
