Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure post-sales satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in two-wheeler sales (team handling experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Target-driven mindset with a passion for automobiles.
