Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our robotics equipment to customers through various channels, including direct sales, eCommerce. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with customers and driving sales through personalized service and expertise. Core Responsibilities: Engages with customers directly, either in-person, over the phone, or online. Provides information about products, answers customer questions, and persuades customers to make a purchase. Follows up with leads, closes deals, and sometimes handles post-sale customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers in person, via video calls, or on-site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in driving traffic and sales on our eCommerce platform by managing online inquiries and processing orders. Maintain an understanding of eCommerce trends, customer preferences, and product features to provide a seamless shopping experience. Ensure that product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date on the platform. Requirements Pursuing or Completed a Degree: Ideally in Business, Marketing, Technical & Communications, or a related field. Sales & Marketing interns must collaborate with the sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve sales goals. Efficiently managing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, while handling administrative and sales-related responsibilities.
