Role & responsibilities Handle site-level HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and contract manpower. Ensure statutory compliance and maintain all labour law records. Coordinate employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters. Conduct employee engagement, welfare, and training activities. Maintain HR reports, HRMS data, and liaison with corporate HR. Supervise canteen, transport, and admin-related services at the site.
