The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives. Qualifications Proven sales experience, business development expertise, and ability to identify growth opportunitiesStrong interpersonal skills, relationship-building abilities, and effective client communicationProficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies with a results-driven approachMarket analysis capabilities and knowledge of sales tools and CRM softwareExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsRelevant experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors is an advantageGraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredFlexibility to work in a dynamic environment and a willingness to travel as required
