Experience: 3–8 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own the end-to-end marketing function at DATOMS — from strategy to execution.This role is for someone who can build the marketing engine, drive teams, and step in to execute when required. You will work closely with leadership to ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline generation, brand building, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDefine and own the overall marketing strategy and roadmapBuild GTM plans for different segments (Warehousing, Cold Chain, Energy, OEMs)Translate strategy into clear quarterly and monthly execution plans2. Lead Generation Strategy (Inbound & Outbound)Define and build the lead generation engine across inbound and outbound channelsGuide the inbound team on content, SEO, LinkedIn, and demand generation strategyGuide the outbound team on campaign targeting, messaging, and outreach approachEnsure strong alignment with Sales for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue impactActively participate in campaign execution when required — from setup to optimizationHands-on with outreach tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems3. Brand Building & PositioningDefine and drive DATOMS’ brand narrative and positioningBuild a strong presence on LinkedIn and industry channelsEnsure consistency across all communication touchpoints (website, decks, campaigns)Ensure all content clearly communicates business value and differentiation; Guide teams on what to say, how to say it, and to whom4. Events, Exhibitions & Field MarketingPlan and execute events, exhibitions, and industry meetupsRepresent DATOMS as a brand ambassador at events. Engage with prospects, partners, and customers on the groundDrive lead generation and relationship building through events; Ensure strong pre-event and post-event campaign execution (outreach, follow-ups, conversions)5. Execution Oversight & Performance ManagementOversee execution across inbound and outbound teamsDefine KPIs and ensure accountability across campaignsContinuously optimize marketing efforts based on data and outcomes7. Cross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teamsTranslate product capabilities into market-ready narrativesEnsure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goalsWho You AreStrong strategic thinker with an execution ownership mindsetComfortable leading teams and driving outcomes without micromanagingExcellent communicator — both written and verbalNaturally outgoing and confident — enjoys engaging with prospects and customersComfortable being the face of DATOMS — online (LinkedIn) and offline (events)Data-driven, yet strong in storytelling and positioningMust-Have SkillsStrong strategic thinker with execution ownership mindsetComfortable leading teams and driving outcomes without micromanagingExcellent communicator — both written and verbal.
