We are building a people-first organization rooted in impact, ethics, innovation, and accountability.Role OverviewThe HR Manager / People & Culture Lead will own and lead the entire HR and people function at EzeRx. Working closely with the founders and leadership team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building HR systems from the ground up, shaping organizational culture, and enabling teams in a fast-growing MedTech startup.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Manpower PlanningManage end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Sales, Field Operations, Manufacturing, and Corporate teamsDrive workforce planning aligned with business growth, pilot programs, and government projectsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment partnersLead and manage campus recruitment drives and early talent programsEmployee Lifecycle ManagementOversee onboarding, probation confirmation, performance tracking, and exit processesDraft, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and code of conductMaintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and compliance documentation through HRMSPerformance, Culture & EngagementDesign and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs / OKRs / appraisals)Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and grievance redressalActively promote a women-friendly, inclusive, ethical, and high-performance workplace cultureLead cultural transformation initiatives, motivation programs, and internal communicationPayroll, Compliance & Statutory MattersCoordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and reimbursements through HRMSEnsure full statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and applicable labor lawsLiaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authoritiesLearning, Development & Leadership SupportIdentify training, upskilling, and leadership development needsCoach managers on people management, conflict resolution, and team buildingSupport leadership in building a high-accountability, execution-driven organizationSkills & QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification4–8 years of relevant HR experience (startup experience strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory complianceHands-on experience with HRMS platforms (paperless HR operations mandatory)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English with strong professional presenceProven experience in campus hiring and early talent programsPassionate about culture building, motivation, and organizational changeHigh integrity, empathy, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environmentHands-on experience in creating corporate presentations and effectively presenting ideas, policies, and reports in front of internal and external stakeholdersWhat We OfferOpportunity to build and lead the HR function from scratchDirect collaboration with founders and senior leadershipPurpose-driven work impacting public health and communitiesInclusive, women-supportive, and growth-oriented work cultureCompetitive compensation with long-term growth opportunitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates may share their CV at hr@
