Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) located in Bhubaneswar. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, and leading talent acquisition and retention strategies. They will also establish and track performance management processes, align organizational goals with HR practices, and act as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Qualifications Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, training, and workforce planningExperience in developing and implementing HR Policies to ensure compliance and foster a positive workplace cultureStrong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environmentExpertise in Talent Management, including leadership development and succession planningDemonstrated ability in Performance Management, including setting KPIs and conducting evaluationsProven leadership and strategic thinking capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience in sustainability-focused organizations is an advantage
