Engineer/ Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager Mechanical

Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance, reliability and availability of OHP (crushers, conveyors) & HEMM equipment, ensuring safe and uninterrupted mining and dispatch operations.Key Responsibilities: Maintain OHP systems: crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and bulk material handling equipment. Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets. Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines. Ensure high equipment availability and reduced downtime. Analyze breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures. Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and safety SOPs. Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams. Supervise mechanical manpower at site. Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS.Qualification & Experience: Diploma / Degree / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering 3-10 years in OHP or HEMM maintenance in mining operationKey Skills: Crushers, conveyors & bulk material handling HEMM maintenance Maintenance planning & breakdown analysis Safety & statutory compliance (DGMS) SAP PM / MM exposure preferred Documentation & MIS reporting
