Chief Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedProject Engineerto lead theexecution of a Cell Plant Factory Building . This role will involve comprehensive oversight ofbuilding erection ,construction planning and management ,MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)works, andstructural engineering coordination . The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and a proven track record in executing industrial or manufacturing infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute theerection and constructionof the Cell Plant Factory building as per design and schedule. Collaborate with structural consultants and architects to ensurestructural integrityand compliance with safety standards. Lead and coordinateMEP installations(HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, etc.) with vendors and internal teams. Prepare and monitorproject schedules , timelines, and progress reports using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Conduct site inspections and ensurequality control , safety standards, and statutory compliance. Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Supervise on-site activities and resolve technical or execution-related challenges promptly. Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material logs. Ensurecost control , resource optimization, and timely completion of all construction milestones. Assist in procurement planning, bill verification, and contractor management. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofcivil construction techniques , structural engineering, and industrial infrastructure. Hands-on experience inMEP coordination and installation . Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity withconstruction safety norms , statutory codes, and quality systems. Excellentproject management , communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office suite. Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage contractors on site. Preferred Industry Background: Renewable Energy Manufacturing / Battery or Cell Production Facilities EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Companies Industrial Infrastructure Projects
